The Robinson Team serves Gainesville, Alachua County, and surrounding communities, helping buyers and sellers navigate residential, commercial, and rental transactions with clear communication and a smooth, organized process. Mark Robinson is a Florida native and double Gator with a Master of Science in Business Administration and decades of experience serving business, health, and education customers. He focuses on making the real estate process feel easy by managing the details, timelines, and technology, and he is active in FAR and GACAR through leadership, education, and committee service. Designations include: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), National Association of Realtors: Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Green, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR?), e-PRO, Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), and At Home With Diversity (AHWD).

Andrew Robinson is a Gainesville native and University of Florida graduate with bachelor’s degrees in aerospace and mechanical engineering. Licensed in 2023, he brings a solutions focused, responsive approach to helping customers with their real estate needs, backed by team experience across residential, commercial, and rental properties. He also supports sustainable living through local shopping, reducing plastics, and volunteering with the Community Weatherization Coalition.  Designations include Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and At Home With Diversity (AHWD).
